this tower has been my favorite case/cooling system for my raspberry pi 4, it features a copper tube covered a tin heat sink with a fan blowing over it, it comes with a acrylic case, don't like a chunky ice tower on it, it comes with a very small fan made just for portable usage, I use it for overclocking my raspberry pi, it even cools it down to a temperature of less than 40 degrees! that's incredible as I use it to play Minecraft java edition

this display is one of the best ever, it has a huge display, compatible with AV, has AV out, BUILT IN DIGITAL AND ANALOG TELEVISION, and WITH a tv antenna, it comes with a plug-in-wall charger, and a car charger, for well, portable use, it has a USB port so you can plug in your raspberry pi

1. mini hand-held computer MOD

and by far, the BEST mod for last, a compact case/screen with a built in fan and heatsinks, its touchscreen and works with the normal raspberry pi software, just plug in your pi and you have a mini computer! and it is SUPER durable, the best I have ever bought, for the price.

these products don't exactly work together as the portable mini screen will not fit on top a huge ice tower, but my personal usage is the portable 12 inch screen with the ice tower, its great for watching movies in a car, play Minecraft, and do all sorts of computer related stuff, oh and meetings and homework :) the main usage for a raspberry pi is making really smart robots and AI, things I doubt an Arduino can do, so if your looking forward for those stuff, I recommend to just stick with an ice tower or the mini screen, no need for a huge display for a robot.
